I was born in Birgunj, Nepal in a multicultural family and I am currently based in Iowa, United States. My journey as a first generation college student to Software Engineer has shaped me into the person I am today. Coming from a non-traditional background, I am committed to making technical knowledge accessible in hopes to inspire and empower others to pursue careers in technology, ultimately making a positive impact in the world. 🚀

Throughout my journey, I have honed my skills as an avid software engineer and tech enthusiast, constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. As a first-generation student, I am always eager to learn the next framework, paradigm, or programming language. Bridge Center/Intercultural Intern and I-Club Representative (2022-present):
1. Face/Representative of Intercultural Club (I-Club)!
2. Bridge between I-Club Core and other clubs on campus to work towards making campus community more beloved.
3. Assist new incoming international students with their college life transition in the United States.
4. Lead and organize different multicultural events on campus.

Intercultural Club Core Leader (2021-present):
As an international student, having experienced a similar bittersweet transition to the United States, I work with other I-Club Core team members to
1. Help build relationship between international students and traditional American students on the campus.
2. Organize and lead events like I-Club Coffee House, Annual Cultural Fair and Food festival, Festival of Spring: Holi, and movie nights featuring Indian and Japanese movies.
3. Lead Intro to Cricket: introducing students on the campus to cricket and mentoring them how to play!
4. Introduced students to my Nepali and Indian culture: Diwali/Tihar (festival of lights).
5. Manage social media accounts and create online contents (poster and graphics) associated to Northwestern College Intercultural Club.

Northwestern Honors Program Leadership Team
Honors student Leader:
1. Plan events for current and upcoming Honors students.
2. Host personality events with Dr. Reed Mueller.
3. Plan retreat for new Honors Students.
4. Discuss and share ideas on current and future college honors courses.

Esports :
League of Legends Esports Athlete, Northwestern College (Varsity)
1. Competed in Regional tournaments: ranked third (Hawkeye Invitational 2021)
2. Best performer: high game stats, great vision control, and most assists.
